At PURE, we want you to be stoked with your purchase, but if you’re not 100% happy, we’ve got you covered.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. If your item meets these conditions, we’ll process a return and refund your card.

Exchanges:
Not the right fit? No problem. You can exchange your item for a different size or style. Just make sure it’s in new, unused condition, and we’ll get the swap sorted.

Shipping Costs:
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order. If there was an error on our part (wrong size, damaged goods, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
